African Specialties

African foods recipes are shared from my African friends. They have taught me how to make many dishes, but if I have any problems with some of the dishes, I just make a phone call and make sure I am doing it right or I have them make it. My promise is that if I can't make it authentic, I won't make it at all. We purchase the seasonings, herbs, meats, flour, etc., locally at an African or oriental store.
